The firm operates an internal management division, Lima Echo Echo LLC, which oversees leasing operations and day-to-day asset management functions.
Lee GRP has established particular expertise in acquisition and assemblage strategies for ground-up development, with a current portfolio encompassing over one million square feet of leased commercial space.

With over three decades of experience, we have built a strong track record in acquiring and stabilizing real estate assets, developing new projects, rehabilitating and repositioning existing properties, and enhancing the value of underperforming portfolios.
