PROJECT APPROVALS TEAMS

For hospitality assets, the firm partners with Aimbridge Hospitality; Greystar for multifamily, and Utah Nonprofit Housing Corporation for affordable assets. This model allows Lima Echo to align each property with best-in-class operational expertise while maintaining direct ownership-level involvement in strategy, performance, and long-term value creation.

Internally, Lima Echo’s management team leads retail, studio, and office leasing while providing active asset management oversight across the broader portfolio. The team brings a wide-ranging skill set that spans leasing, tenant improvements, operational problem-solving, and asset-level advisory services, enabling a nimble and highly responsive approach to day-to-day management.
